Pho on Sunset Boulevard

Pho Café serves Vietnamese food at 2841 Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake, every day from 11 AM to 10 PM. It has a small parking lot, often full, with meters on the street.

The Menu

Pho comes with rare steak, well-done brisket, tendon or beef meatballs, in combinations up to the pho đặc biệt with all of them; portions are large. The bún section has cold vermicelli bowls with egg rolls, charbroiled lemongrass steak and shrimp.

Starters include egg rolls, fresh spring rolls with lemongrass steak and shrimp, and bánh xèo, a crisp Vietnamese crepe with shrimp and steak. Most dishes have a vegetarian version made with tofu and mushrooms, including the egg rolls, spring rolls, bánh xèo and a vegetable pho. To drink there is fresh limeade, soy milk and Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, hot or iced.
